Monique Escobedo

Monique Escobedo has been an educator for over 16 years. She has a background in Spanish-language instruction and biliteracy studies at the K-12 and University levels. She holds Master's Degrees in Latin American Studies and Education respectively, and she is working toward a PhD in Education. Monique has a strong passion for education policy and curriculum reform in order to better serve more diverse and wider student audiences. Outside of her time at BEST, Monique enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
